1. Preamble & Charter Scope
These Terms of Charter ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding service contract between the charter hirer ("Client", "Guest", or "Passenger") and ROYAL LUX TOURS AND TRAVELS LLP ("Royal Lux").
By paying a booking advance token, confirming a reservation via our digital portal, signing a trip dispatch manifest, or boarding our Force Urbania 10+2 luxury fleet, the Client acknowledges and agrees to be bound unconditionally by these terms.

Token Advance for Vehicle Block: Charters are locked in the fleet schedule only upon receipt of a minimum 30% advance deposit. Oral reservations without advance payment do not guarantee vehicle assignment.

Tolls, Parking & Interstate Permits: Unless explicitly bundled in an "All-Inclusive Circuit Package", national highway toll charges (FASTag), airport parking, hill station entry taxes and interstate border entry permits (Kerala to TN / KA) will be billed as per actual receipts.

Kilometer & Garage Calculation: For custom point-to-point and per-km charters, distance is computed starting from the Royal Lux operational garage base (Charummoodu / Kochi terminal) and terminates upon vehicle return.

100% Smoke-Free Cabin: Smoking, e-cigarettes, vaping and open flames are strictly forbidden inside the Force Urbania cabin. Any breach requires an immediate professional ionization deep-cleaning surcharge (₹5,000 minimum).

7. Breakdown Protocol & Replacement Vehicle Guarantee
All Royal Lux Force Urbania vehicles undergo rigorous pre-trip multi-point engineering inspections and scheduled authorized dealership maintenance. In the highly unlikely event of mechanical breakdown or tire blowout en route:
Royal Lux guarantees immediate activation of our 24/7 Roadside Assistance Network. If mechanical resolution cannot be achieved within an acceptable timeframe, we will arrange an alternate comparable luxury transport at company expense to prevent itinerary disruption.
Exclusive Alappuzha Jurisdiction
This Agreement is governed by the laws of India and the state regulations of Kerala. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this charter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Alappuzha District, Kerala.
